Dr. Gail Baumlein
Chair Nursing Program, Franklin University
Dr. Gail Baumlein is the chair of the nursing program. She has been a registered nurse for over 30 years, with positions in many areas of healthcare. She has been in academics for over 20 years, in both teaching and administrative roles. Her work in active teaching strategies, online instruction, and use of technology in the classroom is widely known in the nursing education community. She has held numerous national leadership positions, and including serving on the National League for Nursing Board of Governors.
