State of Ohio vs. Ruben Rhodes

This comprehensive virtual case study begins with policy and ends with sentencing. Within are educational and authentic videos of the criminal justice system from beginning to end and back around to reoffending and recidivism. It is meant to provide the criminal justice student with a holistic and experiential learning tool. While immersed inside of the case, students will apply, analyze and evaluate current systemic approaches to crime. This innovative opportunity encourages systemic thinking toward effective criminal justice policies and practices.

Jury Question #2 Please note that the judge has conferred with both the defense and prosecution in order to develop an acceptable response. If the jury is unable to reach a verdict, the prosecution may try the accused again.
